The balance of the three Champagne grape varieties, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay gives this cuvée lightness and complexity.
This champagne has a pale yellow colour with silver hints. The bubbles are very tiny and the "cordon" is tiny and long-lasting. The nose is also very light and reveals aromas of fresh fruits and white flowers with which notes of viennoiserie and brioche appear. The mouth is clean, light and elegant. This wine is perfectly balanced. In this champagne you will find notes of citrus fruits and some minerality that gives complexity to this great cuvée.
You will appreciate this champagne at the aperitif and with seafood and shellfish.
