This cuvée is completely dominated by the Pinot Meunier which asserts its character in it. The Pinot Noir and the Chardonnay are also present but more discreetly. They allow this champagne to show a structured continuity.
This champagne has a pale yellow colour with golden hints. The bubbles are tiny and the foam we call "cordon" is long-lasting. The nose is powerful and reveals aromas of ripe fruits and candied fruits as well as notes of butter and brioche. The entry is very supple, ample, round and subtly sweet. You can find flavours of fruit paste and dried apricot.
This supple and very soft champagne will accompany desserts and foie gras.
