This cuvée is completely dominated by the Pinot Meunier which asserts its character in it. The Pinot Noir and the Chardonnay are also present but more discreetly. They allow this champagne to show a structured continuity.
This champagne has an intense yellow colour with silver hints. The bubbles are tiny and long-lasting. The nose is powerful. Aromas of yellow fruits such as ripe peach are very present as well as notes of candied fruits, viennoiserie and dried fruits. The entry is clean, and then the wine reveals an ample and round mouth, fresh and balanced.
This gourmand, fresh and gourmet champagne will be perfect to be drunk at the aperitif. It will also accompany fishes and shellfish.
